Katonga Post is a monthly regional newsletter from South and Central Buganda in Uganda.
Launched in early June 2025 after a two-day communication officers’ retreat in Masaka, it serves as a coordinated platform for district communicators. Its tagline is “Your Trusted Monthly Source from South & Central Buganda,” and it covers areas including Masaka, Kyotera, Kalangala, Lyantonde, Kalungu, and nearby districts.
The publication focuses on local development stories, government programs (such as the Parish Development Model and education infrastructure projects), community initiatives, health, agriculture, and everyday progress.
